welcome to Canberra Australia~

Guys... this is my last post for my assignment.. hehehe.. Finally.. okay, let move on to the destinations that we will share/introduces.. have you heard about Canberra Australia? i think you guys already know this places right.. ngee~ erm... Let's see.... 

Between two major cities of Sydney and Melbourne, There slipped capital of Australia, Canberra. Although more famous as a center of government, but you can still find many interesting tourist attraction in Canberra. When we visited canberra, look at all that the city is purposely built and designed. The streets were formed hexagon and circle, which surrounds the city center and the parliament building. The city is built around Lake Burley Griffin is an artificial lake, was named in architect and creator.




Floriade - Commonwealth Park

Once a year, we could see expanse of one million tulips and other flowers are planted in Commonwealth Park. The flowers are planted to form a specific pattern that can be seen from the top of the Ferris wheel. Time is the best to visit the Floriade is on the second or third week, when the flowers begin to bloom. In addition to bed of flowers are planted in the field, there are also performances, good music, dance and comedy. There is a special area for children, animals typically Australian Exhibitions and cattle, and activity stalls. The cost of entry to Floriade is free. It took all day if you want to see all the flowers and exhibition stand. Kiosks and food stalls are also available here.








Cockington Green Garden

Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve

Only 40 minutes from Canberra to leave wooded valley, which lies between the Gibraltar Range and Tidbinbilla Range in the north of the Alps Australia. As well as the Namadgi National Park is nearby, relatively undisturbed area that is loaded with wildlife and Aboriginal heritage. You seemed to leave civilization when get the map at the visitor center and watch grazing kangaroos, wallabies and parrots.

hi readers~ let continue our next destination.. ermm.. Lisbon, this city is a place that rich in history and also full of modernity. Lisbon save a lot of interesting tourist attractions to visit. Lisbon is located on the north bank of the River Tagus, churches and ancient castles all over the city are still in a state of well maintained.

Although old and save a lot of stories of history, but modern Lisbon also has a lively nightlife and the excitement in the Bairro Alto. Shopping attraction was no less impressive. Belem Tower

Bellem towers, old historic buildings (1515-1521) with gothic style, is situated on the banks of the river Tagus. This tower is the icon of Lisbon city. UNESCO has listed the Belem Tower in Lisbon as a World Heritage monument. Built in 1515 as a fortress to guard the entrance to Lisbon's harbor, the Belem Tower was the starting point for many of the voyages of discovery, and for the sailors it was the last sight of their homeland. 





St. George's Castle

This is one of must see tourist attractions in Lisbon, Portugal. St George’s Castle (Castelo de Sao Jorge) in Lisbon is a medieval citadel resting high atop one of the city’s highest hills overlooking the Tagus River. The hilltop citadel of Castelo de São Jorge (Saint George Castle) is a fascinating place to contemplate Lisbon’s history. Visitors can climb the towers, walk along the reconstructed ramparts of the castle walls and enjoy extraordinary views over the city and Tagus river. Geese and ducks roam around the castle gardens, which are surrounded by native oak, pine and olive trees.





The Oceanarium

One of the world's largest aquariums. The Lisbon Oceanarium has a large collection of marine species — birds, mammals, fish, cnidaria, and other marine organisms totaling about 16,000 individuals of 450 species.

Caracas

Caracas is the capital of Venezuela and is a bustling city of nearly 5 million residents. Speedy, progressive and multi-ethnic, the city offers a good range of museums, excellent restaurants and nightlife. Travelers may begin their tour of the city in Plaza Bolivar, the heart of downtown. The Catedral, the Government Palace and City Hall is located on the side of the square. Margarita island

Canaima National Park

Morrocoy
